Bubble Blitz

Bubble Blitz was a project for Video Game Programming. I was in a group with Jin Yoo, Aaron Martin, and Mihir Sheth.

I aided in the design of the game and created all of the art assets. We used XNA for development.

In Bubble Blitz, the player is piloting a space ship that is tasked with keeping the universe’s largest bubble gum bubble from shrinking to normal size. To do so, the player must shoot air bubbles at weak points in the bubble, which manifest as little growths on the bubble. Shooting other parts of the bubble cause it to shrink faster. Also, the bubble has its own gravitational pull, so some asteroids have begun to orbit it and must be avoided. The goal of the game is to keep the bubble as large as possible for as long as possible.
